They are very responsive. He came out the same day, which was a Saturday. We had a minor issue with our breaker box, and he was patient while my husband ran to the store (twice), to get the correct breaker. He even came back late at night to get his equipment, then drove all the way back to Nashville! I am located near Chattanooga, and he drove all the way their after we spoke this morning. Great customer service. So far, no more bed bugs! Thank you!
